At Pas Normal Studios, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your technical cycling apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
